  • Endurance says its subsea geothermal plant ran net-positive for 8.7 seconds

Endurance Energy said on October 19, 2026 that its Adélie test plant at Axial Seamount, 300 miles off Oregon, generated more power than it used for 8.7 seconds on September 27, at a median of about 2 kW net. The run used a natural vent because the company's new 52-foot well was too restrictive.
