PG&E and GM Energy bundle charger at no additional cost, $15 monthly credit
PG&E and GM Energy said on September 23, 2026 that their Smart Charge Bundle gives buyers of a new Chevrolet, GMC or Cadillac EV a GM Energy home charger at no additional hardware cost plus a $15 monthly PG&E bill credit through the EV Charge Manager program. The bundle page limits participation to single-family or detached homes with an active OnStar plan with location services enabled; as of September 23, 2026 PG&E's page for the general EV Charge Manager program calls that program fully subscribed, and neither page says whether the bundle track is affected.
