  • New Jersey finds all four utilities' PJM voting reports incomplete

The New Jersey Board of Public Utilities told the Governor and Legislature on October 14, 2026 that no electric utility fully complied with P.L. 2025, c. 129, which requires annual reports on every recorded vote a utility and its affiliates cast at PJM meetings. Revised 2025 reports from ACE, JCP&L, PSE&G and Rockland Electric still omitted votes or explanations; the board says it is inclined to allow some leeway in the first reporting year.
