Jackery launches HomePower 1000 Plus V2 with up to 11 kWh expansion

Jackery announced the HomePower 1000 Plus V2 on August 27, 2026: an 1800 W portable power station with 1024 Wh of base capacity, expandable to up to 11 kWh with the company's 2 kWh add-on batteries, per the release. List price is $749, with an early-bird price of $619 through September 3, 2026, and a five-year warranty.

The Fremont, California company says the unit's integrated uninterruptible power supply moves connected devices to battery in 10 milliseconds or less, fast enough to keep desktop computers, routers, and refrigerators running through an outage, with 3 kV/1,000 J surge protection inline. Claimed charging is quick: 80% from empty in 36 minutes on standard AC, a full charge in as little as 47 minutes on combined AC and DC input, and up to 400 W of solar input for a full solar charge in as little as 2 hours 43 minutes. The LiFePO4 cells are rated to hold at least 70% capacity after 6,000 cycles, which the release translates to about 16 years of daily full cycles, and the 23.8-pound unit is rated to charge at temperatures down to 14°F. A companion app prioritizes circuits as the battery runs down and automates time-of-use peak shaving, charging during off-peak hours and saving energy for peak windows, which Jackery says reduces electricity bills; the evening peak it is shaving is the steep side of the duck curve.

The release pitches home outage backup first, ahead of job sites and camping, and Jackery claims the base unit alone runs a standard refrigerator for up to 19 hours. Every figure here is the company's own; none have been independently tested. The product launched with distribution through Amazon and Jackery's own store in black or white.
